Is it the 8 hex bolts that r on each head, & if it is, they r VERY tight, so whereas how do I remove them? Pleaze help me.

Not to be rude, but this is one of thost thing you just don't mess with if you don't know what you're doing.
if you're not absolutely sure how to take apart an engine, then you either need to have an FSM with you and be VERY good at following instructions, or you need to take it to a shop and let them deal with it.
