I'm Having a hard time removing the rear seat in my maxima, to get to
the rear struts... can some one help me

 

not sure if you saw my site in the 3rd gen FAQ post at the top of this forum or not
if not, I have instructions on my site on how to remove the seats

it may be hard the first time, but it gets easier every time
also, try searching on "rear seat" or something like that as this has been discussed many times before
