Well seeing as I have an extra hood laying around I just went out and weighed it. It was 48 lbs.

Lighter than I thought.

Now that I have a black max too (4 maximas for me now...well one is a parts car) I may buy one(cf hood). I think they look good on black cars but dont like the look on any other color. That is just my opinion though.

I was thinkin I could have a nice lil system in the trunk now and not gain much overall weight. Yay.
