clear corners

I know of a few reputable companies that make clear corners for the 3rd gen maxima, but has anyone bought them from e-bay, ive seen some go for as low as $5.00. im pretty sure APC makes them but I've never liked their work, ive seen clear corners and tail lights made by them and they leak like hell.

They all look like **** (except for the UKs). You best off buying them cheap and getting several sets... just replace them when they break or get stolen .

please go outside and look at your car, look at the headlights and look at the corners...

if you paint the corners white they will look off, they won't look unison with the trim on your headlights

looks for pics in the cardomain on this site.

I've said this many times before, but PAINT THE TRIM ON YOUR CLEAR CORNERS. It makes a huge differernce; you'd never expect such a small thing to be so noticeable, but it really is.

As for white, the clear corners aren't the exact same white as your car anyway so they wont blend in even with the white trim, so I'd stick with black to break it up

Re: clear corners

YEA YOU CAN BUY THEM FOR CHEAP, BUT STILLEN HAS THE CRYSTAL CLEAR ONES FOR ABOUT $60 I THINK IT'S BETTER IF YOU SPEND ALLITLE MORE. DON'T FORGET THAT YOU PAY WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

No Stillen advertises crystal clear corners but I have called a few times and they say they are on back order. I was going to get a set if they ever got them but I have UKs now so I dont want the Stillen. There was someone on here that said for sure Stillen was shipping them to him but he never posted a pic and has never said anything else about them.

I havent checked in a long time so they might be available now.

With no pictures available on the Stillen site or anywhere else for that matter, there is no way to tell. If in fact they are sellin crystal clears, they will mostly likely end up looking like this

Being that I have seen these clears in person which I know most people have also, I can tell you that from afar it looks like you have no clears, in other words it looks as if someone broke your clears and there is no lense. In my opinion I think these will look a little off on the 3rd gen's but then again I could be wrong.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: clear corners

i dont think the crstal clears would look good with 3rd gen headlights because the headlights arent even crystal clear, they look glazed, if they werent, and with the crystal clear corners, the 2lights would look great, almost like a 1 peice

pages 8 and 9 have UK corners with E36 headlights

I like the pics on page 5, but no UK corners there
