alignment job question

qoted from maximadriver.com...."When taking the Maxima in for alignment remember! Our cars were designed so that the rear shocks have no camber/toe adjustments. Only the FRONT can be changed. If the rear is out of spec, there is about +/- 2mm of play when the placement of nuts & bolts that you can jiggle are retighten to get it correctly set up. But as far as paying goes, the Max is a 2 wheel alignment job ONLY. Don't be fooled in paying for a 4 wheel alignment because it's just not possible."
This doesnt make sense to me, the only way to correctly know if you have a camber problem and to precisely bring it back to spec IS to get an alignment. for all of you that have gotten alignment jobs done, did you get just the front wheels or all 4 aligned, i would think that you would want all 4 aligned, what is quoted just doesnt seem right to me.

Just the front wheels. The place I always have taken mine to only charged me for a 2 wheel alignment...

FYI: you can't adjust the camber on any of the wheels with stock pieces.

get a 4 wheel thrust alighnment. basically, they try to get the rear as good as possible and then line up the front based on the position of the rears.

works well.

rear toe IS adjustable... the rear parralel link has a bolt that allows you to lengthen or shorten it to change toe...

Have you ever heard of anyone's toe being off in the rear??? Without some sort of serious accident, or a 4 inch lift kit (god forbid), I can't see why it would be off anyway... but I guess anything's possible ??
