best way to clean engine bay

I was just wondering what is the best way to clean your engine bay? everything under my hood is filthy.

A degreaser and/or steam. Then a dressing forthe black plastic and rubber hoses.

where can I get the steam done at like a body shop or something? the other stuff I could get a auto shop right?

any good detail shop can do it for you
