What do you think are the classy,not trashy Mods?

 

Clear corners = classy

Fuzzy steering wheel = trashy

Oversized spoilers - Trashy

 

clear corners are classy, but i dont like the way they look on the 3rd gens's at all. They dont match the headlight very well. It's almost too silvery. However I like the alternating blinker/corner light electrical mod. That's classy.

Classy to me = stock sleeper, slightly lowered with a bare minimum of external 'speed' cues

Trashy = anything that is overdone, like 19" rims, too many stickers, painted interiors, etc.

Just my honest opinion.

Trashy-chrome/gold rocker trim,chrome/gold fender trim(for trucks only),double decker wings,car with a big wing and no body kit,car with body kit and no wing,outrageous paint jobs"the painter smoked something before he painted the car look"colors,colors,and more colors,cars that are bowed out rim and tire stick out like 1 foot from the fender,wire rims on a car,all clear rears,billet grills on a car(for trucks only),colored bulbs,blue,green,purple,on the exterior of the car(unless it's neon)curtains in car,sponsor decals(like NASCAR)big giant humungous stickers across the hood,doors,fenders,etc,loud annoying exhaust,tint-two different shades darker in the back than in the front,strobes,blackouts covers the blue tint in your bulbs,

 

how can you say that a body kit makes the trashy. my car looks pretty damn good with it on. and my touring wing makes the car look even better.

I have seen cars with some nice body kits,Maxima's,but some of the body kits to me are too large and outrageous,I have never seen a ugly Maxima with a body kit that was designed for it STILLEN aka-STEALIN',etc,body kits need to compliment the natural factory contour of the car not stick out like a kit made for Honda accord and put it on a Neon as an example but some of this custom stuff that leans towards the Honduh and Acuruh9puns)scene is ugly to me. I know your car looks good because you have a Maxima of course. Maybe you misunderstood me or I worded it wrong sorry if I did...

3 star rimms on factory tire size

a stillen spoiler kit crossdrilled rotors 17" rims a 1.5" drop, real HID lights, custom 2 tone interior, somehow get 300hp, sklyline taillights, carbon fiber dash kit

 

Classy - Nice small chome mufler tips





Trashy - dark tinted windows with writing all over it.
Mufler tips the size of a melon.

 

you know what's really trashy, those "in memory of joe shmoe" stickers.
