trunk light question(voltage)

how may vots are goin to the trunk light. i wana hook up a strobe so when you oppen the trunk the stroem goes on.

matt93gxe hooked up a neon light to the wires in the trunk so he might have some more info on that

should be 12volts...its probably a 194 bulb, if noone answers b4 tomorrow ill check

12Volts - check the amperage draw on the strobe through. Make sure you don't blow fuse/fry a circuit. The strobe should be low enough - but, double check to be safe.
