Brakes

I got my brakes fixed Saturday and now it's making a grinding noise, like something is rubbing against the brake pads and it makes the noise when I turn and apply the brake. Can somebody make a diagnosis?

did they replace everything, rotors and pads? pull your wheel off and make sure nothing is lose, or take it back to them and get them to find out what it is.

Haw far have you driven it since then? could be the dust shields rubbing on a rotor, could be a loose bolt on the caliper, could be simply the pads and rotor not being completely smooth yet.

When you first replace the pads and rotors, neither surface is completely smooth and will take a day or two for the surfaces to wear correctly. this will cause a bit of a grinding noise.
