I have been using Hiper Industries 9004 100/80 watt bulbs for a month now and today the left light went out. How do I know if this is because of a melted harness or just because the bulb broke?
If it is a melted harness, how much can I expect to pay to get this fixed?

Thanks,
Roman

Also be sure to check the connection on the bulb itself.. I've got one that's a little loose and half the time that headlight won't come on, and I have to lift the hood and play with the connector.. then it'll light up the rest of my drive..
if that's the case, then you my be able to stick some electrical contact grease in there and stop the problem...

then again, you could have burned the socket up, or have a block bulb..
also check your fuses and make sure you didn't blow it.
good luck.
