I'm not actually keeping these on my car. I bought them locally for a friend and will be shipping them out to him sometime in the next week or so. I just figured I'd put them on my car and see how they looked (that's why it's only drivers side shots too - I only put one side on). I think they look pretty nice. They make my 16s look small now but I still like mine

Although I'm not too keen on the 5-spoke look, I like yours better. But then again, WTF do I know??

I actually like my 4th gens a little better. These SVT ones are nice looking too, but to me, my 5 spokes fit the look of the car a little better - they look almost like they could be stock for that car

You should consider painting your calipers and the inside of the rotor that the pad does not touch silver **Cough like mine, Cough** It gives it a clean look without standing out so much like red and other colors. It also gets rid of that unsightly rust.

I actually have mine black, very ninja and takes your attention off the brakes and just on the rims. I need to repaint mine, they have been looking good for about 6 months, now they are starting to rust. Trick is to use that engine enamel paint, dont mess with the caliper paint bs.

Craig didn't "black them out", those are stock UK corners.

corners: yeah, I have the stock UK corners that are smoked like pezking said. I've had them for over 6 months now, LordRandall and someone else had them much longer than that. Brandon90gxe also tinted his corners a while back and I'm sure there are several others besides that so sorry but you're not the first

intrax: no thanks, I like the eibachs with my crappy 4th gen rims

weight: I'm not sure, they are 1998 Cobra SVT 17x8 rims so you could probably find that info somewhere on the internet

calipers: I did paint my calipers silver but it's been over a year and they got dirty again. I'm gonna redo them again when I have some time

I know what you mean but just a little note. Hardly any(if any at all) makers manufacture their own wheels. They are subcontracted to a few major wheel makers. So there is no "nissan" or "ford" etc.. wheels. Just wheels that say "nissan" or "ford" on them.

The best part of the whole thing is that he has 245s on there. Thats hella gangsta. I also think the 16s looked better on the car. Went with the simple look of your car which i think is a great look.

What's wrong with 245s? These rims are 8" wide.

and yeah, I'm keeping the simple look which I like too
like Chris said, they aren't staying on the car, I just put them on before I shipped them out to someone else
personally I think they're kind of nice looking in person though

Nothings wrong with 245s. I've seen a 94 SE with 245s on it and i think thats the perfect width (looks really mean). And yes, 'hella gangsta' is something good. Sorry for getting too 'urban' for you all.

The "L" on the center cap comes right off, if you see in my old post when i got the rims all it left behind was a couple small holes...
