Now,i need to get that rear bench seat out so i can try and crawl through or get something in that trunk to swich he latch again...anyone know how that rear bench comes out??

when you get the trunk open, spray some penetrating oil in the lock and work on it with the key. the problem is that the parts inside the lock have rusted together due to non-use.
once you get it working again, spray it out with soem brake cleaner to remove the solvents, then let it dry for a while and spray some graphite lube in it and you're set for another 10 years.

it took me 5-15 minutes on each one, but I've been able to free up every lock this has happened to (so far, 4 maximas and a couple of other cars).

Use a really big Flat head screwdriver. Be careful not to damage your seats, put pry up slowly and they will come off no problem.

this works on the doors also?
i've noticed that my key is a lil hard to turn at times i kinda have to wiggle it back and forth.
so i just spray it inside the lock where the key goes? not problems should occur from this right?

That is correct. Just avoid using WD40 if you can. A little graphite will do the job better.
