Side marker lights

Is it just me or are these not found?
I saw a pic of someones max with them, in fact its my wallpaper, and it infuriates me every time I sit at my computer. I had them in my old infiniti (Until some punk *** kids jacked them) and I remember it costing like 30 bucks or more to replace. Was it some JDM spec part or something?

Interesting.
hmmm, I saw some on ebay for about $35.
I thought it would be cool to hack in some dual filiment sockets so they'd be on dim with the lights and flash with the turn signals..

Stupid Kids

When You park your car in the mall parking lot these little B**t***s take the cover off the side markers. This ****es me off!!
It's not a major conversion, you can buy them from Pep Boys if you want, a couple of screews and your set.

Now if I were to actually do this, do they screw on the outside of the car and I drill a hole for the wiring? I'd rather not F**k up my car trying to do this.

yeah, they sell tons of aftermarket ones at Pepboys, ebay, any parts store, etc. I know a few people have even gotten ones from Mercedes or Audi dealers. They're usually only $20 or so

You'll have to drill a hole for the wiring and usually 2 screws to hold it to the body so you dont want to mess it up and then if you decide you dont like them, you'll have to find something to cover the holes or fill them

I've seen some on 4th gens in person that look really nice and others that look awful so if you do it, be sure to take your time and make sure that's the style you want

If you do it, be sure to have extra bulbs. When they start to go, they turn yellowish, not a good lood!!

Hell, now that I know the lights are so cheap, I'll just get these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1872896343 or make my own...

oh, and I've decided on 'Type B' on this page: http://www237.pair.com/terrshop/rasidemarkerpic.html

If I were you I would try to see how it looks in every section and then decide what is appealing to you. I mean sidemarkers on our cars to me look stupid, that's just my opinion but hey do whatever you want.

As I said, I used to have them on a former car, and I liked them. I do not want blue ones or the really bigass ugly ones. I would like a pair Right above and behind the front fender. The ones I pointed out look most like the ones I had.

I have some JDM from an R34 if you want them. I think they look a lot like the ones you picked out, the 'type B', though. The only difference is they say Nissan on them really small...
