fuse keeps going out

b4 everytime i kept on pressing my brakes the interiors lights came up, when i didnt press the brakes my whole car was basically dark at night. Now whenver i press the brakes interior lights doesn't come up. now...
-my rear tail lights don't light up
-checked the fuse found out it burnt out, replaced a new one, that one burnt out again..
-friend told me i have 2 wires touching each other and if i dont fix it quick my starter will go out..is that right?
question: Is there any common area where i should look for the wires touching each other cause im pretty sure going to the nissan dealer will be very expensive if they search it.
btw the fuse i replaced the the one marked -rear tail light and i checked the ligh bulbs in the back and they all work.

Check your brake light bulbs, one of them could be blown, which usually causes the dash lights to go out. Also check the wires in the tail light panels, makes sure nothing funny is going on, such as water or any loose wires.
