ne 1 know y some max's have the rear tail light da white part go all da way across and some jus stop. i tink da ones dat have da clear part go to da end looks nicer but y r there two types, is it cuz different models like SE, GXE ect..

 

I have no idea what "White" part you are talking about. But if you are talking about the center peice that says "Maxima", that is a body work mod that alot of people are doing. Shaved Trunk, look at N34JZ for a prime example!

 

I know what white pieces you are talking about. It is your reverse lights and turn signals that are white. I think it deterimes the model of your car just like you said.

89-91 had the "clear" bottom going straight across

92-94 had the "clear" bottom curve down right before the end
