My 91se max is gone, but I've got a 99se now so I'll survive. Taken out by yet another person who just doesn't know how to drive. I was driving beside this lady when she decided that she wanted to turn right, but I was in the right lane. She didn't look, just went and smashed right into me, pushing me into a telephone and light pole. Happened so fast, but I walked away. The car is history, but I pulled the mods worth saving and would like to sell them. I've got custom headers that add 27hp when running with NOS, if you're not running NOS, you'll see about 16hp, that's what I saw on the dyno, with and without NOS. They're amazing and really add a sweet tone to the exhaust. I've had them for 9 months, they're Jet Coated and they cost me over $1600 bucks, will sell for $1000. I've also got a stillen K&N intake, selling for $70. I've also have stillen cross drilled rotor. They're not even broken in, only about 500 miles on them. I had PowerStop rotors before, but they cracked, so I bought the good ones. They cost about $500 for all four, will sell for $300. If you don't have drilled rotors, you don't know what it means to stop on a dime or just stop for that matter. I've also got a fuel pressure riser, that if stillen won't give me my money back will be for sale, never had a chance to put it on. I've got custom fiberglass kick panel pods that'll fit a 1" and 4" speaker, just put a 6 1/2" in the door and you're set. I'll sell the pods for $200. They're a perfect fit. If your serious about purchasing one or more of these items, e-mail me at FreshwaterJ1@aetna.com....

Yeah, $750 does sounds kinda steep......

a custom y-pipe should run you about $200-300, thats what I was quoted at a local shop. I just didn't get it cause the shop wasn't very experienced and I wanted to avoid the risk of a screw up!

ok that's cool. you need to find some way to take a picture of the headers so someone can make a educated purchase. since (you said yourself) the mod is very unique people would want to see the quality of the piece.

Uhhh what? Stillen doesn't make TT headers. They're for N/A's only. GReddy, Pentroof, Wolf and a few other companies in Japan make TT headers. They're $$ though. And why would you buy through Stillen? Thats like bending over and applying lube, you're just waiting for them to rape you on prices..

I dont know about others, but

I'll like to see a pic of the fiberglass speaker pods. If I like we can discuss $200 at a later time.

Re: Re: Just my $.02.....

uh oh... DanNY's starting to know too much. If word gets out that Z headers can work with VG + Custom Y, than we might see some 15sec VG's on the road. hehehe.. BTW, aftermarket headers for Z31's are around $450 - $600. And if i'm not mistaken, I think Pace Setter made headers for the Z31's but than stopped because of cracking issues?? I'll have to double check on that.

Re: Re: Re: Just my $.02.....

c'mon nevin..you know and i know that pacesetter makes crap. for a expensive part like headers i would want high quality material and workmanship. don't want them to break after a few months...::ahem:: like the OTHER Y-pipe.

I'm gonna have to call BS on the rotors.. No way do stillen rotors cost $500/set. I bought mine from Stillen directly for $160/set for the fronts. You can get them through stillen resellers for under $120/set front and rear. so you can get a full set NEW for less than you're asking used.
oh.. and stillen rotors still crack, very badly. mine are 6 months old and have quite a few cracks in them.

But you're still using them because you're suffering from the crappy weather outside just like I am...(or student poverty) but I think it's the first one that I said.
