Need new tires

My front right tire is balding pretty badly and the rest aren't looking great either so I am gonna throw some new ones on in a week. The problem is is that I am running the stock rims that I want to replace this spring. In the mean time I need a lower price tire that won't ride like complete crap till then. It has been suggested I get the Futura tires from Pep-Boys. Can anyone tell me if these will be decent for the time being? The cars alignment is pretty bad right now anyway. It has a vibration at all speeds, which I think may be a bent rim. It also pulls to one side depending on the grade of the road so I think it may be a worn control arm bushing so any input on that would be appreciated as well. Thanks

lol... crap, pure crap

-ok i have stock rims too
well i had 4 new pep boys tires (futura or whatever) when i got the car..they handled like $hit in: dry,hot,cold,snow,rain... dirt. never gave me traction on a jump... i could burn out for hours..lol

-i baught bridgestone POTENZA RE910, a month ago... their great! they look realy cool lower profile and all. they handle great! in snow and rain (never hidroplane) but they really perform outstanding on dry, they were sold to me for $365 with intallation at my local firestone.

Well since I have an auto I can't even spin the almost bald crap tires that I have on there now so I am not worried about breaking traction on dry road. I really don't want to go above $250-260 for the tires themselves installed since I will be getting rid of them most likely in the spring. Any other recommendations?

Go ahead and get the cheapest ones you can find, doesn't pep boys have a 4 tires for $100 deal or something? You'll only be using these tires for what, 3-4 months... so you can live with crap tires for then. Just make sure you do upgrade if you buy crap tires, cause you probably won't be too happy with them if you had to stick with them!
