this is a gxe no fog lights, no cell phone, does it have anything to do with bose/stereo

 

not sure of the answer but the car is prewired for accessories eventhough it doesn't have them...

 

dunno but it looks like someone tapped into your fuse box for something.

someone needed a constant hot lead for something...follow the wire and see where it goes.

 

I know EXACTLY where that wire goes because that's my car. If you look in your car, you probably dont have something there, but if you do, it's not stock.
That was from when I first got the car and happened to have some of those fuse taps laying around and I needed power for a relay when I first put in my keyless entry.

As you can see, that was one of my first experiences with wiring stuff in cars so it's pretty (very) messy, but I've gone back and redone everything since then so it looks stock in there now. It used to be pretty crazy under there for a while
