Just as a add-on to the heater core, For those of you that do your own engine work, any time the cooling system is opened the heater core hoses should be taken off and all debris should be taken out. That could be the cause of all heaters failing after timing belts worked on thermostats being changed and etc. DO NOT LET ANY DEBRIS ENTER THE COOLING SYSTEM!
