Vibrating?

Hey all, When I start my car up in the morning mostly or when its been sitting a while it makes a vibrating sound. Just for a second or two, sounds like its from the engine compartment. I know its not the vtc's or any crap like that. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe a loose heat shield on the exahust or sumthing of that nature. Thanks, Mike

If you are sure its not the VTC's, then get under the car and follow the exhaust. There are a couple different heat sheilds under there. Check the wrap around heat sheild at the front exhaust manifold. The easiest way to access it, is to go from the top or remove the splash guard when going from the bottom. Take a rubber mallet with you and lightly tap the exhaust system until you find it.
