Check engine light
Ok, I'm driving home last night and I stoped at a gas station. When I turned the car back on the check engine light came on a started blinking. It blinked all the way home, but only when I had my foot on the gas. If I braked or just coasted the light would quit blinking. What could this be, I checked my ECU and it's giving me 0304 for my knock sensor. But I got that last week too, and the light never came on. Are these related??? What should I do???

Just thought I might add, I'm getting about 280 miles to the tank. On gas mileage, could this be because of the knock sensor or jsut because I need to change my spark plugs (next project). I use 93 octane. But just got the car 1 month ago. I was thinking that the knock sensor might go away after a couple of weeks of high octane gas. Before I got the car it sat for about 2 months and the guy before me probably used the cheap stuff.
