When I'm riding at very low MPH.(5-10) I hear a slight knocking noise. Also when I'm driving normal speeds and put on brakes, once I get down to around 25 MPH. It gets louder. It also does it if I go over a bump or speedbump to fast.

Check your rear sway bar link bracket

Common thing to break especially if you're using aftermarket sway bars. It's the link that connects the sawy bar to the chassis. Still check even if you're not using aftermarket bars.
