TPS should be right on the throttle body.

ummm k...let's step back.
why do u need to know where the TPS is located?

if you really need to know where it is...
have someone get in the car...(engine off).
have that person step on the gas pedal on and off.
look in the engine while he does that..u should see a part with 2 cables/wires that moves back and forth. that's your throttle body. right on the other side of the wires and linkage you'll see a small black box w/ some wires plugged into it. that's your TPS..but i ask...why are u looking for it?

I'm trying to learn a little about my car... plus I want to see how easy replacing the TPS is... if I don't have to pay someone to just slide it into place I'd prefer not to.

well to my knowledge TPS are not a known problem with these cars. also TPS is ubber pain in the butt to replace on any car.

like chris said...if you have no clue then start with something small. walk before you can run.

Well I'm having some problems and the TPS *might* be to blame... I might not replace, but just wanted to know where it was so I could take a look at it... not necessarily to do anything.

I've already started with some small things...

even if you find it, you can't diagnose a faulty TPS by looking at it! my advice is to get a Factory Service Manual and look over the various schematics and picture to better accquaint yourself...and I'm with Chris, walk before you run!!

I'm not trying to diagnose it... just wondering where it is!!! Is it easy to pull out of place? I've read some stuff about it and they make it sound like you just pull it out.

yes you just pull it out after taking off 2/3 screws..but once it's out when you install it back to the car you'll need to calibrate it. like i said a HUGE pain in the ****.
