Hooking up extra gauges

Anybody have extra experience with extra gauges? Particularly oil temp, oil pressure, and water temp.

What I'm asking here is where are good places to stuff the senders on these at? Do I use T-Fittings so the factory junk still works?

usually they send an electronic sender unit with the kit, you tap into the line with a t fitting (suplied) and screw the sender unit on and that transforms the reading or measurement into and electric signal then you just run wires from the sender to the gauge. Thats how my fuel pressure gauge was anyway

Right. I'm looking for help on where the senders go.
Do I just find the factory oil pressure sender and use a t-fitting on that?
