Spark Plugs/ cutting out

I have a 92 Maxima w/200,000 miles we tried to do a tune up on it and now it runs worse than before we started.
We replaced Spark Plugs w/Bosch Gold Platnium has anyone had problems or used those in their Maxima? Dealer told us the Bosch are not reccomended.
We replaced Fuel, gas filter, distributoir and rotor caps.
The car was just cutting out, now it won't stay started unless you continuosly give it gas, and you can pull 2 spark plugs off and it does not effect the car at all if you are giving it gas it will continue to run.
We have checked the firing order and made sure plugs and plug wires were on correct.

Any Ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

well one thing to check it the tip of the spark plug. They probably came with a short tip but included a longer tip you can screw on.

I have heard people say not to use platinum in VGs and only use NGK in the SEs but I have used Bosch before without problems.

check the box and look at the plugs and see if it has the extra screw on tip because if that is to short the wire may not go on completely.

Thanks, I will try that. My husband was complaining about the tips not being as long.

regular NGKs are fine...VG30 doesn't seem to like platinum.
