Howdy Gentlemen! I am probably going to buy a very nice '91 Grey Max SE 5 speed with charcoal leather interior. The car only has 105K miles on it, and is owned by a business contact friend of mine. Questions are: what problems besides the obvious should I look out for with a '91? I love the VG30E with the exception of its lack of high-rpm power. I had an '85 300ZX 5 speed with it and know how bullet-proof it is.

Another question is: what is the HP and torque rating on the 89-91 model SE? The 0-60 and 1/4 mile numbers? How well does the car corner stock???

go there then on the left there is stock performance under the drop down menu. This has 0-60 times for 5 spd i think its 8.0 and auto 8.8. 160 HP and I dont know about the 1/4 mile but I am sure its in there. Own a 91' myself and I haven't done anything for suspension and I think it handels good. Responds very well to minor wheel adjustments, good turning radius, ect.
