NEW INTERIOR vs OLD INTERIOR

I made some changes to my interior. The photos are kind of messy. It looks much better in person. I got the leather seats from a junk yard for $180 and gave the cloth away to a friend.

It's interesting that you went with red leather on a silver and grey interior....

The dash kit is nice, if not a bit bright (prolly from the flash?) But I agree w/ Jeff, funkytown on the seats, hehe... the cloth ones did look better, plus I have a hard enough time staying behind the wheel with the cloth seats, I can't imagine w/ the leather ones..(I need to install better seats and real seatbelts) the shifter is ultra-short too, no notchiness when shifting?

You can have leather dyed relatively inexpensively, I had a quote for my whole interior(front and back seats), dyed any colour for $200 something Canadian.

IMHO the interior is a mess. Between painting all the dash pieces with gray spray paint, carbon fiber gauge bezel, put on that nash rambler steering wheel on a steering hub meant for a larger wheel, the race pedals.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks like a Circus?

I'm with James on this, just start over, the interior is too much of a frankenstein. And what is with your shifter???

if you like it

3rd gen'ers are definitely a different bunch. my only qualms are that the leather might be a bit slippery and that maybe the glove box lid needs to be black.
