i ahve the blue lights in my doors, and map lights and i was sitting out in my max tonight with the door a crack so the lights were on w/o the dome and it looked sweet. just the 4 doors and the 2 map lights made a hella cool blue glow throughout the whole car, and i was wonderin how hard it would be to hook up the door light to a switch so i could turn em on whenever i want, or hook em up to like the parking light swith so they turn on when i turn on my parking lights....what do you think, is it too much of a pain in the ***? i was also thinking about blue neon lisence plate frames for under the seats, hmmm... opinions appreciated....

 

check out Craig B's info on "Using Relays"--> <a href="http://www.prism.gatech.edu/~gte671n/relay.html">Relay Stuff</a> you could run the light power wire through a relay and then run a switch into the relay, that might work?! BTW, what type of lights are used in the map lights (are they 1156 or 194 bulbs???) thanks

 

im not im not sure what type they are, i know theuyre not 194, cause those are what are in the doors, they are more round. just pry off the cover on the map lights and check it out, use a flat edge screwdriver. sorry.
