Add on CD player please help....!!!

Hi Guys,
I have 93 Maxima SE.. I recently got my bose set up working.. (cool as of now).. It is really fun to drive except that it has only cassette.. I bought a CD player add on.. just like the one on the link below on ebay. But I didn't get all things you see in this picture.. I don't have the connector.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...&category=3293

I only have the CD player ..and hence have to either splice or get a connector/adaptor...

I am sure some of you would have added CD player like this..All I want to know is where did you get it from and what is part no..?

Please help me..

I went to one of nissan dealer. They will do all things except helping.. They are next to useless in my opinion

They say there is nothing for cars before 95...!!!

well i know for a fact that there is a bose add-on cdplayer, that goes right underneath the stock radio. as for wires, there is probably a 2 end spliter plug, that comes with it, so you can connect both the cd and cassette to the car's harness. do a search for it on bose sites, you are bound to find something. if i might ask how much did you pay for it.

yah what i was thinking, if you try a local car stereo shop, i bet they might cary it, or can order it. other than that, if your cd player came with the box//instructions call the manufacturer and they will most likely send you a replacement. if not you can always splice and fuse up the wires using connectors

I'd probably say the same thing, Drew... But at the same time, I'd be HIGHLY surprised if the Ebay seller sent them the box/instructions.

i've gone through that before, my old 90' gxe had a "modified" stereo setup, no actual harness and cobbled together parts electrical tape and end connectors will work fine if you dont have the correct harness.

I've got one of those add-on jobs on a radio that's in my uncle's '93 right now.. the stereo's dead anyway... I was supposed to buy another Bose head unit from someone on here, but they nver went through with the deal. find me a good condition bose unit for under $100 and I'll give you the connector off the other one.

I have a Bose tape/radio deck from my '92. Are you interested?
