I've seen two diffrent types of interior door panels which years have which

I have seen two diffrent types of interior door panels which years have which. I have a 92SE with the grill type speaker covers I want the ones that look like vents which year Maximas had them so I will know when someone parts their car out. Thanks.

i've got the vents(91 se) I think it's the difference of bose or non-bose system.

Oh ok so all non bose have those speaker covers?

Now if I can only find a non bose car with black interior so I can buy the door panels.

Yeah maxes that came with Bose had the Bose grills, and all the others had the regular grill.

the bottom part of the door panel, the part with the grill, can actually be unscrewed from the top part also...at least on mine, with non bose vents...if this helps at all.

all door panels are the same BUT the Bose has a cover over the vents (and the vents are cut before the covers are put on). look at a 3rd gen that doesnt have the bose and look around the edges of the vents. You will see 4 slots where you can slide the bose grill on and bend the tabs to hold it on. Or take a bose equiped door panel off and look on the inside of it and see the vents that were cut off and the tabs of the grill folded over (straighten the tabs and pull the grill off if you want).
