i'm about to repair some window regulators and i'd like to make this procedure as infrequent as possible. can someone recommend a good way to lubricate the window regulator and/or other window parts so they'll operate smoother and with less resistance? (and hopefully not break again)

 

get some good grease...wear rubber glove...start smearing grease on rails/tracks/cables.

install carefully since it's greasy
