Wussup i just bought some NGK plugs they are the standard type, but I noticed on kaleb's site he had "hot" and "cold" types listed I was just wondering what the difference is and which one is the best.

Heat is carried away from the tip of the spark plug, through the insulator, to the metal shell and into the head. The longer the path (longer insulator) the hotter the plug range. A hotter plug will burn away deposits faster, but if the tip becomes too hot it will ignite the fresh charge without a spark (very bad). Unless you are fouling plugs, or running under very heavy engine loads, the standard heat range is best.

 

Where did you get those NGK plugs? I think it is about time for me to replace my stock plugs.
