Has anyone here purchased euro gauges off of ebay for a GXE? I know the product looks half descent, but there is very little detail about the install. They recommend having a professional do it, but I know I can atleast get into the dash without any problems.

Has anyone had any experience with these or pictures of the finished product in your max?

What about this "switch" stuff about changing colors from green to blue? That doesnt' sound like a quick replacement and it may need some creative wiring.

 

the wiring is simple, the gauges come with a control box with a power and ground wire...wire the power wire to a 12v source that switches on with your headlights(ie- ashtray light, headlight dimmer switch, etc.) then wire in the ground wire of the control box up and you're all done. its a simple install.
