and yeah.. no hood or grille.. was in a wreck last september.. replaced everything but the grille.. then the hood flew up on me a couple of weeks ago due to faulty latch... broke my windshield and my hood was screwed... replaced the windshield but still no hood for me

Yeah I kind of like them . What do you mean by sanding down and polishing the lip??? I think I might just do that to mine until I get some rims on mine .

the sanding/polishing was real easy... i just painted the wheels, then got a wire wheel and put it on my drill sanded the paint right off the lip, the wheel also polished it and didnt leave it all scuffed/scratched like low grit sand paper would. each wheel only took about 3 minutes to sand/polish

they look alot better in person.

Yeah it does look rally-ish... there's no problem popping the hood to work on the car now!

Do you have any problems running that in the rain with the open hood?

it helped alot actually.. Last time i went to the track with the hood on i ran a 16.7 @ 80.. then after i got rid of the hood i raced my friend who used to pull about 4 cars on me, and with no hood he put half a car on me(he ran 15.9 @ 84)
