Help with 91 SE Upgrades

Hi All:

We are upgrading a 1991 SE 5 speed. Want to do the following but cannot afford to make mistakes: Looking for suggestions on the right combinations and what to avoid

New brakes & rotors front & rear
Lowering springs
Struts & shocks
Wheels & tires
CAI
Complete exhaust

Moving battery to trunk
Have underdrive pulley

I think that Eibach springs and Tokico blues are a good combo.
