Vibration at HYW speeds

I have had MAX (93 GXE, luxury package, emaculate condition)for about 2 months. I have done the front and back (disk) brakes.

New rotors front, turned on back.
New brake pads and clip plates (where applicable).
All wheels balanced.
No drift or pull while driving or braking so no alignment req'd (I figure)
Visual inspection of all suspension joints and seals (all in good shape)
Ball joint tire pull test (you know when you jack the car up and pull on the tire to chack for play in the ball joint.

After this I still get a degree of vibration at higher speeds. The vibration is not huge but it is noticable (to me). It seems to settle down over 80mph. The only thing I can think of is the tires are old and not as supple as they should be. The tires are weather cracked (Canadian winters) But have about 50% tread.

DEF. Weather Cracked--Very small cracks in the rubber between the tread tracks

Is there any other reason anyone can think of why I could be geting this type of vibration??

Any advice is greatly appreciated, Thanks

The tires could be the culprit and it could also be balancing.
