I had to fabricate some kind of new way to mount the seats in there, since the legs are different heights thanstock seats. this was a cheesy way of doing it, but the job is done.
I will redo the bracket on the front corner of the seat later.. probably next weekend when I get a chance to do the other seat. the brackets should be hardly noticeable when I get done.

I may even be able to afford to get them redone in matching leather with the money I have leftover from the wreck.. that's if I'm really lucky with the body shop!

I think I'll even still have room to put my CD changer back under the seat when I'm done! woohoo!

well, here's the pics.

nice!

It looks pretty good to me, at 1st I always thought the Z seats were a bit longer or wider but they look almost the same in size, the way you mounted them doesn't look that complicated.. I like the way those seats look compared to the stock cloth seats, no offense but I really can't stand the beige tan cloth look, like the one stock on your car The dash just doesn't match the black leather, but they still look good!

Well, when I get done with everything, I'm going to redo the whole car in tan leather. It'll match much better then.

Matt, that looks awesome! I can't wait to see them both in there. Where did you get them from? And how much $? I would love to get some gray cloth 300Z seats. They would look great in my car. Good work and post more pics when you are done if you could!

just poke around on twinturbo.net and you'll find some.. I paid $275 shipped for these, but they're in pretty nasty shape. ones in good shape will run $300-400 for cloth and 400 for leather.

HOw difficult exactly is it to add the 300ZX seats to the maxima. Where you get the brackets or did you modify them your self?
