When you/shop advanced your timing how much did you have done? Did the car feel faster? What gas do you run?

 

Well i advanced it myself, nothing too scientific, loosen a bolt and move dist. clockwise. i was suprised at how good the engine sounded after i had completed it , i didnt advance too far but i did it enough for me.i dont have any numbers to give u though since i used no timing gun. never have or did have any pings or knocks and i ALWAYS use high test (92 octane) i have to say , its running better then ever and i think it actually added a little bit of pep, well worth the 3 min to do.
