I'd put my best guess as the window motor being the source of the slowdown. It's pretty simple to assume gravity is aiding the window on it's way down, so the same is true when you are moving them up with gravity working AGAINST you now.
I guess if it bothers you that much, you could try to grease up the window regulator track and see if that works and if not, maybe buy a new window motor. And, if all else fails and you prefer a faster window speed, try an original idea and install some old-school cranks

still put some silcon spray in the window jams!! Depending on where you live in cold climates or rainey you will get more dirt and water in there causing more restriction inurn more wear and tear on the engine!! I live in NYC i spray mine once or twice right before winter and spring then good as new I have only changed 2 of my regulators also!! 14 yrs on the others

Re: window roll up/down speed
normal down, slow up. worse when it's raining. also, ever since i put keyless entry in, i can't raise both fronts at the same time. seems as if they're not getting enough power. the backs work okay better than the fronts (probably less wear), and they can raise up at the same time.
i'm thinking it's the motor/regulators.

i doubt it is the motor.
we've all replaced regulators.. but i did a motor swap once. i replaced my drivers side door a few years back (hit and run deal at a mall parking lot). when i swapped the door, i made sure that i kept all my original internals. wire harness, window jams, handle, lock mechanism, etc etc. the only thing that i replaced was the window motor.
i had a slow window, so i figured i would try another motor since it was just scrap. the new motor rolled up my window at the same speed. so unless both motors were equally weak... i dont think the motor is the culprit.
im pretty sure its your window tracks. try lubing them up with white lithium grease. it resists moisture and it doesnt really soak into the rubber like regular spray lubricant.
hope that helps.
