Which Fuse? Help Please!

Hey all....ok, get this...I am going on vacation to FL and I'm camping...there are four people total that I have to pack stuff for that are riding in my car....thats a lot of crap for our trunks! anyway, I am trying to rig a luggage carrier to the top of the car and run tow straps through the inside of the car to keep it down....stupid sounding I know, but I think it'll work...I need to know which fuse disables the power seatbelt tracks in a 92 SE....also, does it have anything else on the same fuse? any help is greatly appreciated...thanks a ton...

because the "clip" will still then move on the track, and that's the problem...I need to disable it from sliding when it's in the "back" position.

you might try unplugging the seatbelt motors in the pillar between the front and back doors.

If you shut the doors and start the engine, stop the engine and then unplug the motors (without first opening the door), you can still wear seatbelts.

Look inside the interior fusebox cover. It has a little reference to which fuse is which.

lol.....#1 the motor will just be disabled in the back position and then I can just clip the belts in by hand....I'll be driving with seatbelts on...and, the interior fuse box cover doesn't list a fuse for the seatbelts...I looked, otherwise I wouldn't have needed to ask...thanks though

There is more than one fuse involved, which will also effect otheritems.

Why not disconnect the Automatic Seat Belt Control Unit, located in front of the ECU (under the console)?
