quick amp question

I am in the process of bypassing my amp and i noticed there are 3 extra wires that are not part of the info i have. I know which large 4 connect to which small 4, but there is a black(ground?) with two other multicolored wires which i guess are positive and negative.. but would there be both a ground and a negative?

Leave the 3 extra plugged into the harness or if you cut them off already just cap em/tape em up.
