I just purchased two months of free CarFax usage on the net. Now, I won't look up that many vehicles and have already looked up three of the four cars I own, plus one I was looking to buy (a "91 max that turned out to be a '90)!So, if anyone wants a vehicle looked up, just email me the vin # and I will forward the Carfax email right to you. It doesn't have to be a Max, just whatever you want. I found out mine was originally from New Jersey, then went to Pennsylvania, then to Tennessee....interesting.

I got free one too

Someone from the truck page I visit frequently had a link for a free one. The news channel in their area had done a special on fraud car sales and patched ya through for two days. I tried it and worked accurately.

No bubble busted. I tried to do that "free" thing, all it told me was that there were three things important found about the car. To view those items, you had to pay. Other than that, it gave no info. Though, I did notice that on every car I checked, it never gave any accedent info about the vehicle like I thought it was supposed to. Is that another site or maybe just the cars I've checked so far have nothing documented?

you can sign up for carfax.com and get 2 months.. but cancel before 30days for full money back! so I did it just for fun...checked my vehicles history ..it turned out to be some kind of lemon.. I feel well buggered!

Worked for Me

I knew the previous owners of mine, the report was on target when it reported the mileage while they had it and while I've had it. Lots of people try to roll those things back, that's what the TV report was about and why they were offering the free report.
