Window regulator question

Has anyone bought a window regulator off of eBay? They appear to be aftermarket replacements. Are they as good as the genuine Nissan parts? Are they worth buying to save $20 or so? One from Courtesy Nissan is about $71 + shipping for the one I need (rear). The ones on eBay are less than $50 + shipping. Has anyone compared them? I'm confused. I don't want to cheap out, but if the aftermarket ones are decent quality, I'd like to save $20.

Thanks for any advice anyone can offer.

Sorry, I figured that anyone who would be familiar enough with them to answer the question would know what I was referring to.

Aftermarket replacement w/o motor

Aftermarket replacement w/ motor

Thanks again.

I'm pretty sure you will be fine with that regulator. I got mine from Courtesy for $71 SHIPPED or something close. It was like $64 without shipping. Call Courtesy, ask for Kaleb and say you're from the org. See if he can help you on the price.

But that ebay regulator is $56 shipped. Not a bad price. You should be just fine with that regulator.

yes that is the new and improved regulator. If you look on the plastic arm where the cable comes out you will see that it has the metal support and also in the center of the part that goes up and down it has the metal support on it. Those are the new styles that are supposed to be better.

I got an updated, aftermarket one from ebay and it even came with a motor. I think I paid $60 shipped. It's been several months and it is working great. The new motor is a lot stronger than my old one, too.
