ITs really nice to have people that are willing to help you out. I really suggest finding some people near your area and getting to know them, out of a group of people each person has something to offer. I mean Juan ( shavedmax ) installed my caliper sunday morning for me so I could get to the mechanic, Diego (D-sta helped out alot with my engine swap ) Joe (maximan190 ) has given me parts
and Izzy is always willing to help with anything and plus its cool just hanging out

again thanks guys

Yakima huh?? I spent 2 weeks there last summer...nasty hot during day cold at night...lousy camping facilities..food sucked...and I didnt see one hot import the whole time I was there.

Oh I was playing army at the time at Yakima Training grounds.

Im in MS all by my self.

Thats fine though because I already know how to do everything on my car or am not afraid to try.

I wouldnt get to hang out with anyone much either since I have a family.

But I do remember my days of having lots of friends with classic cars and we would hang out and help each other out...same thing except I was much younger then...we are still friends but most of us have our own families so we dont see each other much.

There are a bunch of 3rd Gens here in Hampton Roads VA; however, I am unaware of any clubs here. I really would not mind hooking up with a few. Nonetheless, I am the only one with the .ORG license plates holder and sticker.

we have tonnes of maxima enthusiasts in toronto. everyone gets along and like n34jz said 'everyone has something to offer'. unfortunately there aren't many 3rd gen owners
if there's any toronto lurkers in this forum, hit up www.torontomaxima.com and the canadian forum here on the .org
we desperately need more 3rd gen maximas to attend the meets.

Yep all by my lonesome in NE Iowa. Though lately I've seen quite a few 3rd gens around, some with mods. So 2 nights ago I started leaving a note on the wipers of modded 3rd gens telling them to check out maxima.org Yeah I wish I had friends.

I don't even think I've seen any other third gens around me. There is definately none in Howard, KS because there is hardly any people here and my brother and I pretty much make up the import scene here. In Wichita I'm sure there's 3rd gens but I've not seen that many yet. I guess I'll have to go on a hunt.

Out here in good 'ol North Dakota, it's only 3 people... me, myself, and I!

And I know what you mean, Jay...it IS nice to have 3rd gen friends! Back when I used to own a <cough>Chevy<cough> in Chicago, there were quite a few of us in a little "clique" that hung out and did things. Now, I'm absolutely the ONLY Max in my little town that even slightly resembles being fixed up/modded. Which is kinda sad, actually, cuz I pretty much have nobody to share my Maxima experiences with and all my friends here have Hon-DUHs and ACK-uras!

When I make the cards, I will post them up for feedback. Napkins, huh? Kind of like handing out your number to some fine azz girl on a snotty napking and then wondering why she won't call. Hmmm. I guess I should change my M.O.

I have 2 roommates who both own black '97 civic EX's, sad but true. Anywho, one of them just got Greddy EVO exhaust....sounds tight, not like the ole bees in a can that so many choose to strap on to the underside of their cars. Too bad it only has a 1.6! Hehehe
