About to install sprint springs and tockico shocks could anybody tell me what all needs to be replaced I'm replacing strut boots front and rear also strut mounts as well. But as far as bump stops do they need replacing and is there any shaving that I may need to do. Thanks for any info.

the bump stops should come with the boots. otherwise bolt it all on.
several people mentioned cutting about 1/2" off the bump stops, but I saw no need with my eibachs. they're fine the way they are.

sometimes, yes, sometimes no.
I would go ahead and buy them from a local dealer, then if yours are in good shape you can take the new ones back.

what I did with mine was just reversed them when I put them on the new springs. they only wear on the side where the spring is pressing against the seat, so pull them off and flip 'em over. good as new.

Sounds good to me. Matt one more question I'm reading the installation sheet on sprint springs and they mention if there is a slight difference in coil length install the taller springs on the driver side of the vehicle. Ever hear of that?? Thanks again..

never heard of it, but it makes sense. since the driver is always in the car, there's going to be more weight on that side usually.. with the slightly longer spring in there (due to manufacturing differences most likely), it'll keep the ride height equal on both sides better.

the tranny is over there, so there is more weight on the driver side. a lot of people complain about their max sitting lower on the driver side after new springs. this goes away after the springs settle though.
