Heater does not work, HELP!

Heater does not work, HELP! got it checked out by local shop, but they said it was a dealer fix. what can it be.? fuses are good, so??? it blows air, just does no get hot.

dude, you're in LA...why would you need to turn on the heater? just kidding, actually I had similiar problem too after diagnosted it for a while. My only solution was unhooked the two vacuum valves behind the throttle body and hook them back on and the heater works. But it's such a pain to do it each time I needed to get some heats, plus, I am staying in New York where the weather is always freezing cold. I can't do this crab so often.
