other question

*had to fish around a bit*

I ask this mainly because i want to get a CAI from PlaceRacing but the year that's closest is the 1992-1994 DOHC Ve, yet it still is available when i specify the year of my car. Does it really matter for this specific product?

seriously, this is getting out of hand with the newbie q's. either its stupid i want more hp **** questions or, focking turbo posts. no offense to this guy, but in general its rather pathetic. READ THE FAQ's the big stickies at the top of the 3rd gen forum page.

in response, no a VE cai will not work for a VG engine.

edit: also use the SEARCH function. 9 times out of 10 your question has been answered before.

first off, please use the search and read the FAQs.

Second, the VE kit will not fit the VE no matter how much you bang on it. I have a kit for the VG going into production next week, the thread is in the classifieds and all we need is one more paid order to get it going.

oh, the PlaceRacing sticker adds 15hp

Hey, I read the faq, and it's pretty vague with all those links leading to long stories about the specific person's car. I'm sorry if I got impatient, but instead of taking the time to flame my impatience, you could have answered the question. Either way, I'm sorry I offended you guys.

Next, don't even start with the whole nooby b/s considering we all know you didn't come out of the womb knowing everything about a 3'rd generation maxima. I have not had this car for very long and I specified the problem I am having to be an intake problem. i was misled to the placeracing cai by another forum member which was what sparked my question after noticing it was not available for my car. My appologies.

no the VE CAI wont fit the VG if you look at the engine you could see its not even close, try warpspeed or search about using the accord CAI
