Hello, I bought a pair of heated seats and installed one in the drivers seat of my max. It feels great. Real easy install too (i do it everyday at work)
heres a pic of the switch. I Like seeing pics of other posts it makes the post way more interesting so I figure most other people do to.

You can just buy a unit. it consists of a backrest pad, a cushion pad, a switch, and wiring. Anyone that does their own mods could install some. The other one is going in sometime soon. I get them for 70 bucks a piece, our price at the shop is $700 for both front seats installed.

A1:You take the seat apart, pull the leather cover off and glue them to the foam. So the pad is between the foam and the leather. Its farily simple to take off the leather and put them on. You'll need hogrings and a hogringer though.
A2: not really sure. just look around.
