Speed in 5th gear at 3rpm?

Speed in 5th gear at 3rpm?
what is ur speed in 5th gear at 3000rpm?? between 80-85 or something or lower...cause i think my speedometer is wrong.
the faster i go the bigger the difference its than the original speed..like if i go 15mph it is actually 15mph but when it says 85mph on my car i think i am going 75mph.what could be causing this?

stock 205/65/15 = 25.49
yours 205/40/17 = 23.46
so speedo 65=59.81 actual
Try 215/50/17 = 25.46
should cost between $90 - $200 a tire (at least I could sell for that)
