i know were in a maxima thread but i got an interesting story to tell you!

a few days ago i heard of this huge car show at this new track the build around here, so i rolled there. and it ended up being a Ford car show, with mainly stangs and some tricked out F150's.

so im cruisin through this sea of big crazy lookin stangs, i swear every second car was super charged! (this is getting good ya'all! just wait!)

so every one were turning on their cars and letting the exhaust rip,
and out of no where this 02 body nissan sentra with no embelems but a GT R on the front grill, just rolls up, and it sounded insane!
i cent explain it! i never heard any nissan like that!
so 2 guys walk out of the car with this grin on their face,
any way, one thing led to another and bets started rollin in!!

and one by one thos supercharged stangs were getting beat like no tomorrow!!! by a SENTRA!!!!!!!!!

I WAS SPEACHLESS!
And thos guys would not open their hood for no one!!!
i was practicly on my knees begging them to let me take a pick
or just tell me what is in there! but nop!! I GOT NOTHIN!!
BASTARDS!!

all i was left with was a memory of a story that no one belives me when i tell it!

HOW CAN IT BE?!?
was i just havin a wet dream??
i dunno ya'all! but i saw it with my own eyes!

 

depends on what kind of sentra. But its not that hard to get one powered by an SR20DET and run some quick times. Pulsar GTI-R's regularly run 11-12 second quarters here in new zealand.

Some of the GTI-R's ive seen in the illegal drags are straight off the boat from japan fully modified, when they take off all you hear is the wastegate and the occasional bangin from flames out the exhaust. Too bad about the gearbox shredding problem.

 

he said '02 body...so SR is out of the question(at least from what I know) could have been a turbo Sentra, that SSR place over in Cali does have a kit available for '02 SERs

BTW, this has nothing to do with 3rd gens....

 

Oh well, it's a good story...I HATE stangs!
